Mark Amoroso is an experienced financial executive with 15 years of experience in financial management and strategy.  He has worked as a Fractional Executive for several companies, helping them to improve their financial performance, drive growth, and achieve their goals.

Mark Amoroso has a deep understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. He is skilled in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance. He is also adept at managing cash flow, controlling costs, and optimizing  processes.

Prior to working as a Fractional Executive, Mark worked in across many industries including Consulting, Technology, Home Improvement/Construction, Nonprofit and Manufacturing, holding various senior financial management positions on both the private equity and portfolio company levels. He has a track record of success in leading financial teams, managing complex financial projects, and driving financial performance.

Mark Amoroso holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, and he is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He is also serves on the Board of Tap Cancer Out and enjoys spending time with his family, golf and Lego building with his kids.
