As a Fractional Executive, he has consistently helped companies improve financial performance, drive growth, and achieve key organizational objectives. Known for his collaborative and supportive leadership, Mark prides himself on fostering teamwork while delivering exceptional results.

Mark's expertise spans financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. He excels at developing financial models, interpreting financial statements, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. His skills include managing cash flow, controlling costs, and optimizing processes to create efficiencies. Mark is dedicated to simplifying and enhancing the work environment for his colleagues while continuously pushing himself to exceed expectations.

Before taking on Fractional Executive roles, Mark held senior financial management positions across industries such as Consulting, Technology, Home Improvement / Construction, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing. He has extensive experience at both private equity firms and portfolio companies, with a proven track record of leading financial teams, managing complex projects, and driving sustained financial success.

Mark holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He is also passionate about his role on the board of Tap Cancer Out, a nonprofit organization. In his free time, Mark enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and building Lego creations with his children.
